    I am drastically reducing my blood sugar levels and blood pressure with keto. I’ve lost 55lbs and off all meds in the last year by doing keto/fasting. Fasting works and works fast!

    I started this plan recently. I eat twice per day, 8 hours apart and have been on keto now for 10 days. I’m down 10 pounds so far. The first 5 days I was struggling with fatigue, but I’m passed that withdrawal phase now. It gets easier after a few days.
