Today, some would describe me as a health nut, but I wasn’t born this way.

I am 59 years old, 197cm tall, and starting weight of 131.8kg. I have tried many various ways to lose weight and have always been hungry which made my attempts unsuccessful. When commencing IF I struggled the first week with hunger and going forward I have had no further issues.
I suffer from Atrial Fibrillation, and COPD and have had Lymphona.
I started IF three weeks ago and have lost 4.4kg (127.4kg) and have also lost 90% of pain in my joints.
I’ve also lost 7cm around my waist, I presume this is the loss of being bloated I read about.
I am currently doing 18 fast 6 eating.
My doctor has put me in this program. I do the 16:8 and have lost 20 lbs. so far. Only 10 more to go so that my BMI will be 25. By the way, I will be 83 in two weeks
