    Hello everyone, I eat two meals twice per day, and snack on fruit. Like cherries, banana, pineapple or mangoes. Breakfast at 10 am and dinner between 5 pm-7 pm. Was 187lbs now at 183.2 lbs in 2 weeks. I have a water bottle that measures my water every 2 hours between 8am -6pm.

    I was losing weight when I first started doing IF. It was so exciting. Nothing had worked for me in years! I lost 2 pant sizes in 6 weeks! I quit after 5 months because I was so fatigued. After reading this post, I am ready to try again armed with the knowledge that I lacked enough vitamin B. It was working so well, I hated to quit. I’m going to reach my goal this time!!!
