Hello everyone, I eat two meals twice per day, and snack on fruit. Like cherries, banana, pineapple or mangoes. Breakfast at 10 am and dinner between 5 pm-7 pm. Was 187lbs now at 183.2 lbs in 2 weeks. I have a water bottle that measures my water every 2 hours between 8am -6pm.
