Confession time: I’ve always been one to keep my struggles private—especially when it comes to my health and weight.

But then, after switching to a desk job, it felt like my body was betraying me.

I’ve been on (and off…) of with no carbs since 2013. Went from 300+ pounds down to 199 in 18 months, fell off the wagon, now I’m back up to around 230 and falling again.
