    I managed to loose 17 lbs in less the 3 weeks. It works, i started slipping and got out of ketoses. Ready to start again. Good luck to all!

    Very well written. Thank you DR. Quintero! I was reading high fat, medium protein and low carbs were key. I’ve plateaued. Will try less fat. Take good care Doc.
