    I’ve tried Intermittent fasting a few years ago, but i did by myself with some charts from instagram and pinterest. it really wrecked my mentl health at the time cause i was hungry all the time. I’ve tried Fasting Plan’s one the doctor describe above (inflammation focused and based on my hormonal windows) and it worked miracles. My main main goal wasn’t exactly to lose weight, but to eat healthy and maybe feel better in my body.THIS WAS THE ONLY THING THAT WORKED!!! I’m so thankful for this I eat probably half the amount i did before and i’M NEVER HUNGRY really no more cravings. I feel like a completely different person
