Most Miss ‘Hormonal Time Windows’ for Inflammation Fat Loss
Research shows that around 66% of menopausal women are struggling with weight gain.1
If you’re one of them, you’re not alone.
“You’ve probably been told to count calories, push through intense workouts, start a super restrictive diet, or even try hormone replacement therapy (HRT) to shed those extra pounds.
But the truth is—these methods often fall short when it comes to losing menopausal weight,” says Dr. Nina Hale, MD, Endocrinology.
Recent studies have uncovered that it’s not just fluctuating estrogen and progesterone levels during menopause.2
There’s another factor that many experts have overlooked for years.
“Your body has built-in hormonal windows—specific times when it naturally burns fat more efficiently.3
When you miss these windows, your body will hold on to fat, no matter how hard you try,” says Dr. Hale.
“And I’m going to show you how to work with your hormonal windows so you can finally lose menopausal weight—and keep it off for good.”
“During menopause, estrogen levels drop significantly,” says Dr. Hale.
This causes changes that make it extremely difficult to lose weight and keep it off:
But it’s not just the weight—it’s where it shows up that can be really frustrating.

That’s because your fat distribution completely changes during menopause.
Even if you’ve always been thin, you may start gaining belly fat.
“The real concern? Belly and visceral (hidden) fat come with serious health risks.
You see, it’s not just about shifting to an apple-shaped figure.
It’s about a higher risk of stroke, heart disease, diabetes, and even cancer,” explains Dr. Hale.
Because if HRT actually worked, 43% of menopausal women wouldn’t become obese. Yet the scale keeps creeping up for so many women—month after month, pound after pound.1
“The thing is, HRT only replaces the estrogen lost after menopause.
It can help with hot flashes, night sweats, mood swings, and some weight gain.
But it doesn’t address the chronic inflammation that scientists now believe is the main reason behind stubborn belly fat and weight gain during menopause,” the expert says.
It appears that as your estrogen levels begin to drop, inflammation levels rise — and aging adds even more fuel to the fire.
“Chronic inflammation slows your metabolism and shifts how your body stores fat.
When inflammation builds up, it triggers issues you’re probably dealing with right now—hot flashes, insomnia, fatigue, joint pain, mood swings, and weight gain, especially around your belly,” says Dr. Hale.
Scientists now confirm that chronic inflammation in the body is behind all of these symptoms.4,5
“Additionally, it’s not just what you eat—it’s when you eat it.
When you miss your fat-burning peaks, insulin stays high, cortisol rises, and fat storage kicks in.”
That’s why HRT in most cases doesn’t help much with belly fat after 50 or fully relieve menopause symptoms.
“When I discovered that it all comes down to inflammation and hormonal timing, I realized how life-changing this could be for so many women.
Especially those dealing with stubborn belly fat that just won’t budge.
I then looked into how experts recommend reducing inflammation:
❌ Taking diet pills.
❌ Following low-carb or low-fat fads.
❌ Punishing yourself with intense workouts.
❌ Restricting calories until you’re starving.
These may seem logical, but they don’t sync with your hormonal windows. They push your body out of fat-burning mode and don’t address the root cause of inflammation,” explains Dr. Hale.
It wasn’t a supplement.
It wasn’t a cleanse.
It wasn’t a workout plan.
It was simply a way of eating that helped reduce chronic inflammation in the body—naturally.
Backed by science, this specific anti-inflammatory diet has been shown to reduce chronic inflammation in your body, lower cortisol (also known as the stress hormone) levels, support hormone balance, and ease common menopause symptoms—especially stubborn weight gain around the belly.
And finally, it will match your body’s hormonal windows, promoting steady weight loss.
“I’ll be honest—I wasn’t sure at first if there was a way for women in menopause to sync with their hormones without medication,” says Dr. Hale.
“But then I came across multiple studies showing how hormonal window eating plans help women lose weight, improve energy, sleep better, and watch stubborn belly fat finally melt away.”6
Unlike restrictive diets, it doesn’t push your body into more stress. Instead, it resets your metabolism so weight loss feels natural and sustainable.
Women following it reported more energy, fewer hot flashes, better sleep, and, most importantly, belly fat melting away,” says Dr. Hale.
Unlike restrictive diets, it doesn’t push your body into more stress. Instead, it helps your system reset and makes weight loss feel natural and sustainable.
And the best part? There’s no calorie counting, no extreme carb-cutting, no exhausting workouts, and definitely no starving.

I started recommending this ‘Inflammation Detox’ plan to my clients, and the results were amazing.
Women who had felt stuck for years finally started seeing progress.

On average, my clients reported losing 45 lbs within the first 4-6 weeks, along with significant improvements in sleep, mood, and overall well-being.”

“It didn’t just help them lose weight—it helped them feel like themselves again.”
Brain fog lifted. Mood swings settled. Fatigue faded. And most importantly, they felt in control of their bodies again.

Just started. Excited. 🤞
Didn’t lose any weight yet but I’m feeling great it’s been 3 days! Hope this plan works for me.
I’ve tried Intermittent fasting a few years ago, but i did by myself with some charts from instagram and pinterest. it really wrecked my mentl health at the time cause i was hungry all the time. I’ve tried Fasting Plan’s one the doctor describe above (inflammation focused and based on my hormonal windows) and it worked miracles. My main main goal wasn’t exactly to lose weight, but to eat healthy and maybe feel better in my body.THIS WAS THE ONLY THING THAT WORKED!!! I’m so thankful for this I eat probably half the amount i did before and i’M NEVER HUNGRY really no more cravings. I feel like a completely different person
