I always thought that two days or even a week wouldn’t make me gain back all my weight. But I was shocked to see 10 lbs plus. Fat and water weight, now it makes sense. Interested to see how the keto will work for me.

It’s hard for me to quit eating once I feel like I’ve already blown through my diet. The cravings are back, and I can’t help myself but eat. I think too strict diets cause it. I will give it a try with keto.
