    Yes! Subconscious will budge when it knows it’s safe to loose weight, so if all basic needs and emotional needs are covered, body will be affected by suggestion and let go of “protection”/fat. But if daily life isn’t safe, losing weight is very questionable. I’ve been working with hypnosis for 16 years.
