I get questions about my weight loss almost daily.
The weight loss is a plus, but it’s much more than that.
Well, it started with something I couldn’t ignore any longer: weight gain was obvious, but I had also been dealing with stress, tiredness, and worse – issues in bed.
But the last straw… I remember that day like it was yesterday, although it’s been over a year now.
In my 30s, I thought I was invincible…
Now, I was 45. Not 30, but still young.
But I had been feeling tired for a while.
I used to play soccer every other weekend, but I couldn’t anymore.
And the weight kept pilling on.
Eventually, I noticed I couldn’t even see my toes anymore.
But there was something else. In the bedroom.
I love my wife dearly. Always have.
I don’t know when it started, but I just couldn’t keep it up.
In the past, I was very active, would always initiate, and definitely had the higher libido of the two of us.
But now I was too tired to finish, or too tired to even start.
I didn’t feel any sexual desire anymore.
I tried to brush it off, blaming stress or my extra pounds. But I knew it was more than that.
I hadn’t given her any attention in months.
One night, after saying no to her one more time… it was the way she looked at me…
“Look, I don’t know if the problem is me or something I’ve done. But we gotta solve this. Or this.. us… isn’t going to work.”
That moment was a wake-up call like no other.
I realized that if I wanted to live a happy life, I needed to make a change.
The next day, I made the appointment.
I had my blood tests done and was just waiting for the results.
Sitting in the doctor’s office, hearing the words “low testosterone,” it all clicked: the fatigue, the weight, the mood swings, and yes, the problems in bed.
I was at 180 ng/dL when the normal level is over 300 ng/dL.
The doctor said I could get shots, but I knew they were expensive. Plus, they might stop my body from producing testosterone on its own.
He then talked about the link between high body fat and estrogen in men.
This increase in estrogen not only promotes the storage of fat, but also can lead to mood swings and even depression.
That means you lose motivation to work out and get healthy; so the more weight you gain, the higher your estrogen levels rise, making it impossible to fix this.
He said the best way to break this cycle was to lose weight. This would help my body make more testosterone the natural way.
He said it’s very simple: work out more often and eat better.
But it wasn’t that simple to me.
I thought about seeing a nutritionist, but a plan like this costs too much.
And I couldn’t maintain a generic diet like everyone else. I knew I’d drop it after a couple of days.
I had pretty much given up until…
He looked different, healthier somehow.
Not like he’d bulked up in the gym, but there was a new energy about him.
His usual tired look was gone, and the beer belly as well.
I was curious, so I asked him about his routine, half-expecting to hear about some super strict diet, intense workout plan, or pricey supplement.
What he shared left me stunned.
He completely discredited T boosters and popular diets like low carb, fasting, or food group restrictions.
According to him, they were just quick fixes, making you feel good for a bit before leaving you back where you started.
Basically, a futile effort.
“Yeah, tell me about it,” I thought.
He said he had had low testosterone as well. He was falling asleep at work and had memory issues. He only looked for a solution when he started losing hair.
But he overcame it all.
Surprisingly, he revealed that his breakthrough didn’t come from hormone treatment or another restrictive plan.
Instead, he placed his trust in professionals to design his diet.
I told him there was no way I could afford that, not with my budget and family expenses.
Instead, he introduced me to a guiding meal plan that’s accessible, tailored, and backed by nutrition professionals.
According to him, finding the right balance in eating habits was key.
Looking at him, it clearly worked.
So, given that I had nothing to lose…
I decided to give this guided meal plan a chance, hoping it would solve my bedroom problems and give me more energy to enjoy life fully again.
The app I used to guide me through the process is called Perfect Body.
I went through their questionnaire and received my meal plan the same evening.
The food looked tasty in the pictures, but I was concerned about the portions.
Initially, eating 3 times a day and having 2 snacks in between seemed very strange.
Don’t I need to eat LESS to lose weight?
Or, to boost testosterone, go full carnivore?
But once I started seeing results week by week, this lack of restriction and the variety of meals became a source of motivation.
While they say it takes roughly 21 days to form a habit, I felt like I could continue on like this for a long time.
During this time, I started experiencing notable changes in my health and energy levels.
Mornings became lighter, and my stomach seemed to stick out less.
My stress levels dropped, and I didn’t feel as tired all the time.
Most importantly, those bedroom challenges became a thing of the past. My wife and I are closer and more in love than we were at the beginning of our relationship.
And I found myself actually enjoying the plan and sticking to it way easier than I thought I would.
I guess that’s what professional plans are for…
So after only a week, seeing the change, I decided to continue with Perfect Body.
Contrary to other diets I’ve tried, I haven’t hit any walls, regained any weight, and haven’t felt restricted.
I feel like a man again. I am back in control of things.
Feeling good in your own skin is worth it to me…
And my improved health is important for me and for my wife.
Now, I’m starting to feel more like myself, like I can tackle anything.
I know, other weight loss plans might have let you (and me) down, but this one’s different.
People are telling me I look a whole decade younger.
I feel more energetic and more alive because I’m doing PERSONALIZED dieting – it’s all about my age, weight, health history, and what I like to eat.
And you know what? The free quiz I took to get started is linked below.
The Perfect Body quiz won’t cost you a thing and it’ll show you what you can expect with a personalized plan. It’s risk-free. I’m telling all my friends about it… Give it a shot!
