    Love this. Ive been on keto cycle for nearly 5 months. The weight just melts off but more than that i love eating clean and cooking from scratch. Ive lost over 15 kilos. Im happy with my progress. Its not a race im in it for long haul x

    I found Ketocycle a few months back when I was researching keto for my own start to my keto journey. I’m a woman but josh story is so much like mine. I have yoyo dieted the last 20 years and only continue to gain. I started keto in January with a goal to lose 120lbs. Today I am down 47lbs and feel amazing. Keep up your inspiring stories! I relate in so many ways and really enjoy seeing these different journeys, inspiration and encouragement.
