    Just about any diet will work if you just stick to it. But the easiest for me is the no carb diet. I can eat ALL of the food like hamburger, sausage, eggs,ham, bacon, baloney ( fried), and any other kinds of meats I can eat.

    I do well on Atkins but as a mom kids want homemade Mac n cheese spaghetti love taco salads on taco nights pan cakes with all those things going off the shelves it’s scary to be with out pasta and pb . I can grow alit of veggies . . It’s so easy to slip back in the nsmorm. Inave lost this weight twice in sick of it ibhave three people on me and my girls are doing the same thing.
