“What Harvard scientists recently discovered is pretty shocking – nearly 1 in 2 women (over 43%) become obese during the menopausal transition.1
And a great amount of these cases could be avoided by addressing and controlling the hidden “glucose switch”.2
It’s a key factor often overlooked in weight management, leading to failed New Year’s resolutions.
Fortunately for you, I’ll share everything you need in order to succeed at your 2025 weight goals.
I’ve spent three decades of my medical practice researching the overlooked glucose switch,” says Anna Everhart, a board-certified endocrinologist with a passion for restoring women’s confidence.
“The glucose imbalances force the body to store fat, even when you eat well and exercise.
Moreover, many women end up making their situation even worse by doing the “right things”, such as eating less.
But there’s compelling research showing it doesn’t have to be this way.
And now, any woman can activate the “glucose switch”, leading to successful and lasting weight loss efforts,” Dr. Everhart says.
“Most women assume gaining weight is just about eating too much or moving too little.
But the truth is, it’s far more complex than that,” Dr. Everhart says.
Insulin spikes play a far bigger role than most people realize.
“Every time you eat foods that trigger a rapid increase in blood sugar, your insulin levels rise.
This is a natural process that helps your body absorb glucose for energy when it’s needed.
But at the same time, it signals your body to switch from burning fat to storing it.3
Menopause amplifies this problem, making insulin spikes even more frequent and harder to control.
What makes it worse is how subtle this issue can be.
Without the right knowledge, managing this on your own feels almost impossible
The hidden traps of ‘healthy foods’ are everywhere, waiting to derail your progress.
And it’s part of the reason why the most common “solutions” can end up making things worse,” she adds.
“I know how bizarre that sounds – eating less and healthy foods backfiring?” Dr. Everhart continues.
“But here’s why it happens more often than you’d think,” she explains.
“Eating less sends your body into survival mode.4
It perceives this as a threat and holds onto fat to ‘protect’ itself.
Worse, it can lead to hormonal imbalances, making it even harder to burn fat.
And what about ‘healthy foods’?
Many are loaded with hidden sugars or high-glycemic carbs.
These spike your insulin – and you already know how it works.5
Foods like granola bars, low-fat yogurts, and smoothies can be some of the worst offenders.
Even whole grains can cause glucose surges if not consumed properly.
It’s no wonder so many women feel stuck despite their best efforts.
Understanding how these “healthy” choices disrupt glucose balance is critical.
Because once you switch the hidden “glucose switch”, everything changes,” she says.
“It’s simple: the key lies in avoiding certain foods that disrupt your insulin balance,” Dr. Everhart assures.
“By keeping insulin levels stable, the body is no longer locked in a fat-storage mode.
Instead, it shifts into a state where it can effectively burn fat for energy.
But it’s necessary to break that glucose cycle – to activate the ‘switch’!
This balance doesn’t mean giving up the foods you love, but making smarter choices,” she emphasizes.6
“By doing so, not only can you lose weight, but also enjoy a wider variety of meals without feeling restricted.
Take Linda, a 55-year-old teacher who struggled after menopause,” Dr. Everhart continues.
Once she understood the “glucose switch”, she realized how common these dangerous foods were.
Linda made simple dietary changes.
And the weight started coming off steadily.
But here’s the thing:
Even with this knowledge, Linda knew she couldn’t possibly track every hidden glucose trap on her own.
Keeping up with ingredient labels, hidden sugars, and marketing tricks would require constant research and knowledge.
Instead of relying on expensive consultations, Linda turned to a program that helped her activate the “glucose switch”.
That’s when her weight loss journey truly became effortless, and she could focus on living her life,” Dr. Everhart says.
“After working with countless patients, I realized that the key to success lies in simplicity and precision.
That’s why I recommend this program – a personalized solution designed to make weight loss effortless and sustainable.
It starts with a short, free quiz designed to understand your unique goals and challenges.
Next, it provides a customized plan that aligns with your body’s unique needs and preferences.
It identifies hidden glucose traps, suggests balanced meals, and even provides a step-by-step shopping list to save time.
The best part? It’s incredibly easy to use and fits seamlessly into any lifestyle,” Dr. Everhart says.
“Thousands of women have already taken the quiz and started their transformation.
Why not give it a try? The quiz is free.
It’s not every day that I can change someone’s life, but today is hopefully that day,” Dr. Everhart concludes with a smile.

I was SO skeptical. Like, what even is a glucose switch? But I figured it couldn’t hurt to do the quiz. Turns out I’ve been making so many mistakes with my diets and had no idea.. Only 3 weeks in and Ive already lost weight.
Does it even work? Anyone?
