    I started the hypnosis sessions back in December as of today I’ve lost 33.2 lbs, I feel so much better I can go up stairs way easier, I’ve had so many people ask what I’ve done to lose the weight, I went from a size 14 to a 4or 6 I can wear, I feel so good about myself now, this is something I’ll keep doing just to stay on track and it’s actually easier to fall asleep. Yes it actually works!!

    I lost 48 lbs in 6 months just following this . I had to work on myself the first week but after that everything went like a breeze . Never going back . I’m 55 and feel like I’m in my 30’s , my joint pain is gone and people say I now walk with grace !

    This helped me lose weight. Went from 175 to 153. But honestly, the biggest win is I don’t binge around the holidays anymore. I finally feel in control of when and why I eat. That’s huge.
