    I am blessed with resilience so far. I have been an avid water drinker for over a year with a bad habit attached. With every evening meal, I would have a cola drink and think that was ok. I also have multiple sclerosis that henders my walking abilities. 5 days ago, I read an article that detailed how SUGAR was the #1 enemy of MS and like poison to the MS body. So 4 days ago, I made the decision to “divorce” sugar from my diet. The first thing to go was my sugar filled colas and replace them with WATER ONLY!! Next week I will continue to examine all foods I eat and delete the sugar foods and replace them with more fruits, vegetables, nuts, etc…. 🤞
