    As a retired nurse I always tell my friends they underestimate basic oxygenation. We all breathe so shallowly as we age. Getting proper blood flow to the skin tissues makes total physiological sense before jumping straight to needles. Great read.

    I was so ready to roll my eyes at this headline but the article actually makes a lot of sense. I’ve spent a small fortune on serums that do absolutely nothing over the last decade. Our bodies are designed to repair themselves. Definitely going to pay more attention to my breathing now.
