“Think about this – over 73% of adults in the U.S. struggle with weight management.1
Many of them jump into restrictive fad diets that cut out entire food groups.
And others just give up, feeling like nothing will ever work,” says Dr. Sarah Thompson, a leading LA-based nutritionist.
Yet, when it comes to losing weight and keeping it off, these methods fail to deliver.
Most people fall victim to 3 critical dieting mistakes that silently sabotage their weight loss efforts—and even make losing fat harder over time.
“These mistakes,” Dr. Thompson explains, “stem from misinformation about how the body really works. They push you to extremes, leading to frustration and rebound weight gain.
They keep your body stuck in survival mode, increasing your cortisol production and holding onto fat in the most stubborn areas—your stomach, hips, and thighs.”2
It’s why so many people feel trapped in a cycle of yo-yo dieting, extreme workouts, and frustration.
But here’s the good news: once you identify and avoid these 3 pitfalls, losing weight becomes easy.
Just imagine yourself with 1 or 2 inches off your waist or -8 lbs in a surprisingly short time. It’s a boost of motivation to keep on going.
However, to see results fast and not harm your health, you must start correctly from day one.
Watch the video featuring Dr. Sarah Thompson to discover what these 3 critical mistakes are and how avoiding them could help you lose deadly fat and finally achieve your dream body.

For years I’ve been overly restricting my calories and spending hours at the gym without results and I couldn’t understand why… I really appreciate this scientific breakdown. Definitely recommend watching it!
I’m 76 & this sounds exactly what I need. I had no clue about these 3 mistakes but it makes so much sense. Thankfully, I came across this video presentation!
I’m so over people telling me to just eat less/exercise more it doesn’t work at my age. Hasnt worked since menopause. Dr. Thompsons approach is very interesting and actually makes sense, hope it will help me lose the extra weight…
