    i desperately need to loose weight to feel good with my body. cant even walk or exercise as always tired and hrt made no effect except for hot flushes. thanks

    I’ve been on the plan for 3 weeks and I’m already down 27 lbs! 🙌🙌🙌 What I love is that it’s super simple to follow and fits into my schedule which is super busy btw i barely have time to cook. And ye I love the results I’m seeing 😍 definitely sticking with it 😍😍🙌
