This daily habit sheds weight and years of your body
“I don’t blame anyone for turning to weight loss injections,” says Dr. Bethany Andrews, a physician who spent over a decade helping people with weight loss.
“Some of these people have counted every almond, and skipped the birthday cake, only to see the scale barely budge.”
Popular weight loss drugs like Ozempic have skyrocketed by over 700% in the last few years. And Dr. Andrews sees that, as more patients ask her for a prescription.1
“It’s not because it’s the easiest option. It’s because nothing else worked. But I wish people didn’t feel like they had to turn to weight loss injections.
There’s another way,” she adds. “Safer, simpler, backed by science, and far gentler on the body.
But you won’t hear about it in the headlines because it doesn’t make anyone rich.”
“These drugs don’t solve the problem. They manage it just enough to keep you coming back. It’s not healthcare, it’s a business model.”
“These drugs do work but there’s a catch,” says Dr. Andrews. “For most people, the weight returns once the injections stop. Maintaining results often means staying on the medication indefinitely.2
And for many people, that’s just not realistic. Not when the price is high and the side effects are quite disturbing. In the short term, patients commonly report nausea, stomach pain, and heartburn.3
Others have experienced more alarming effects, from pancreatitis to blindness. These are still new drugs and we don’t have long-term data on their safety.”4,5,6
To Dr. Andrews, though, the issue goes deeper.
“Our collective mindset around weight loss is broken. We think that the only way to lose weight is through harsh chemicals, surgeries and scarifying thousands of dollars. But it couldn’t be further from the truth.”

The multi-billion dollar industry thrives on keeping you stuck. But when you look at the actual science of a hanging belly, you realize that most of what you’ve been told is a lie. These 3 scientific truths reveal the natural fix the industry doesn’t want you to find.
These injections work by influencing key hormones in the body that reduce appetite and slow digestion. But more importantly, they help regulate insulin, which also controls fat storage.
When insulin stays high, fat loss becomes very difficult, even with diet and exercise.7,8,9
This is why systemic, long-term insulin management is the key to getting rid of a hanging belly – your body doesn’t care if you use injections or other, much safer alternatives.
And it turns out, those safer methods actually exist. The most effective approach starts from within the gut, but we’ll get to that in a moment.
Dr. Andrews says there’s a natural way to reduce insulin easily and anyone can do it: “What I’ve seen work isn’t another strict diet or harsh medicines. It’s strategic rest.”
She calls them “fat-burning windows” – periods of intentional eating breaks allowing your body to reset. Researchers at the University of Illinois found that timed eating significantly improves insulin sensitivity and leads to more effective weight loss than calorie counting.10,11
“Many will catch on that what I’m talking about is actually intermittent fasting,” says Dr. Andrews. “But I’m not talking about the kind of fasting that you see on YouTube and or your friend Jane tried for a month.”

“When done properly, fasting offers tremendous benefits like regulating insulin, reducing inflammation, and supporting long-term fat loss. But small mistakes like choosing the wrong window length or ignoring your hormones can backfire.12,13
Things like your age, health, hormone profile, and daily schedule all influence how your body responds to fasting. And getting it wrong could slow your progress or even harm your health.
In the past, customizing a plan like this would require visits to a specialist. But thanks to new technology, that kind of personalization is now more accessible.
“There’s a guided quiz that calculates your optimal fat-burning windows based on your body and lifestyle,” says Dr. Andrew. “It takes just a couple of minutes and no doctor’s appointments or tests are required.”
Dr. Andrews has seen firsthand what happens when women finally follow a routine that works with their biology.
She’s seen her patients lose 10, 20, even 50 pounds. They have more energy, fewer cravings, and better sleep.
They’re saying yes to dinners, events, photos – things they used to dread. And most importantly, they stop second-guessing every decision around food.
“One of my patients said it best,” Dr. Andrews told me: ‘When something is right for your body, you just feel it. I didn’t think this version of me was still possible.’

Getting started is usually the hardest part. But here, it’s simple – you take a short quiz. Just a few questions about your habits, health, and routine.
In return, you get a personalized report that shows what’s likely working against you, and a realistic plan to help you reach your desired weight.
Also, you’ll be able to unlock a personalized plan that maps out your precise fat-burning windows based on your biology.
It tells you exactly when to eat and when to fast to keep your insulin in the “burn zone.” You’ll get tailored, simple meal instructions, so you know exactly what to buy and cook.
No more guessing – just a clear, day-by-day blueprint to finally lose the hanging belly, accessible instantly on any device via our app and website.
I’ve heard from women who said that taking the quiz was the first time anything about weight loss actually made sense.

Thank you for your comment
Honestly didn’t expect to relate to this so much. I’ve done the calorie counting, workouts, even tried ozempic for half a year. Nothing ever felt right for my body. But this sounds quite promising.
tbh i thought this was gonna be another sales pitch but dr andrews is kinda right. my mom’s been doing fasting and lost 25 lbs without meds. maybe i should finally give it a shot
Yeees, I’ve been telling my friends how fasting is the way. Been doing it for 4 months now and never felt better. Recommend to everyone!!
