I’ll be honest—I’m a mess.
I’ve spent most of my life trying to balance work, family, and some form of a social life, all while trying to squeeze into jeans that haven’t fit me since college.
Let’s just say, I’ve got more curves than I know what to do with. And not in all the right places.
Every morning, I’d stare at myself in the mirror, trying to figure out how I got here.
The truth? It’s easy. I love food. Big, greasy, carb-loaded comfort food.
So, that was it. I was stuck in this annoying cycle of eating, regretting, stressing, and then eating some more because, well, why not?
I tried to laugh it off, but honestly, nothing was funny about how tired, heavy, and just plain “blah” I felt every day.
First, it was the usual suspects—low-carb, intermittent fasting, counting calories like it was a full-time job.
But nope—nothing.
One day, it all hit me like a ton of bricks. I was getting ready to meet some old friends, trying to squeeze into a dress that I swore fit a month ago.
After what felt like a wrestling match, I finally zipped it up, only to catch a glimpse of myself in the mirror—and I barely recognized the person staring back. I was trapped in a body that didn’t belong to me.
There was this moment when I thought, “This can’t be it.”
I don’t want to down this path.
My mind was clear: just accepting this wasn’t an option for me.
Just when I was about to give up, I went out for coffee with some friends. One them was someone who had always been right there with me, struggling with her weight.
She was the “fat friend,” the one who could laugh off her size, but deep down, we both knew she wasn’t happy. Except this time, when I saw her, I hardly recognized her.
She was fit, glowing, and radiating this new confidence. She wasn’t just slim—she was toned, strong, even a little buff.
I couldn’t keep the shock out of my voice when I asked, “What on earth happened?” She just grinned and said, “You wouldn’t believe it if I told you—it’s literally the oldest eating method ever.”
Seeing my skeptical look, she explained, “Look, I know it sounds crazy, but hear me out. All those diets we’ve tried—they’re based on so much conflicting advice. Nutritional science isn’t set in stone, you know? There’s a lot out there that contradicts popular beliefs.”
She went on, “I got this app and I started by cutting out everything except meat and the good stuff. It was like going back to basics.”
“Eating out is the easiest too. Funny enough, it turns out the healthiest thing you can order at most restaurants is a steak or some eggs. Everything else is loaded with junk—sugars, starches, weird oils…”
She told me about how humans have thrived for centuries without the foods we’re told are essential. “Think about it—grains and fruits were only around in the fall for most of our history.”
“For hundreds of thousands of years, people survived on meat, and they were strong, healthy. Our bodies are designed for this.”
“I only noticed how bad I was eating until I got the app to follow the Carnivore diet with a professional by my side…”
Her transformation was the proof I needed. I was curious—could this ancient way of eating really be the answer I’d been looking for?
Curious and more than a little desperate, I decided to give this carnivore thing a shot.
But I wasn’t about to dive in without some guidance. That’s when I downloaded the app she recommended.
It was like having a personal nutritionist in my pocket, ready to help me navigate this new way of eating.
The app is brilliant—it lets you choose which type of carnivore diet you want to follow. Are you all-in with just meat, or do you want to include some dairy and eggs? There’s the strict “Lion Diet,” where you stick to just meat, or the more relaxed Carnivore low-carb and Carnivore Keto approach that lets you enjoy some animal-based products, and even certain low-carb veggies if you’re easing into it.
It didn’t stop there. The app customized meal plans based on my nutritional needs and taste preferences. I could pick from a variety of meals that were not just nutrient-dense but also tasty and satisfying.
There were recipes for everything from juicy steaks to crispy bacon, all designed to curb cravings and keep me full while helping me shed all my extra weight.
And the best part? The meals were easy to prepare—no more slaving away in the kitchen or obsessing over calorie counts.
As I started following the plan, I noticed the weight beginning to melt away. My energy levels shot up, and I felt more toned than I had in years.
A few weeks into this new carnivore journey, I started noticing some serious changes.
It wasn’t just the numbers on the scale—though seeing those drop was a thrill. It was how I felt. I had this newfound energy that I hadn’t felt in years.
My clothes fit better, too—actually, they started to feel a little loose. I’d catch glimpses of myself in the mirror and do a double-take. My body was changing, slimming down in all the right places, and I could see definition in muscles I didn’t even know I had.
But more than that, I just felt good. The constant bloating, the sluggishness, the cravings that had once ruled my life—all gone.
I was finally in control, and it felt amazing. For the first time in forever, I didn’t feel like I was at war with my body. Instead, I felt strong, confident, and—dare I say it—proud of what I was seeing in the mirror.
The benefits are needless, but overall:
The more I stuck to it, the better I felt. I was finally seeing the results I’d been longing for, and it was all thanks to this simple, centuries-old way of eating.
Honestly, it’s easier than you think, especially with a little help.
Remember that app I mentioned? It’s the perfect place to begin.
All it takes is a quick quiz—just 60 seconds of your time—and you’ll get a personalized plan made by nutritionists and tailored to your body, your goals, and even your taste preferences.
The quiz is simple: you input your age, weight, any health conditions, and the types of foods you like or don’t like. From there, the app does all the heavy lifting.
It creates a plan that’s not only effective but also easy to follow. You’ll know exactly what to eat, when to eat it, and how much, without the guesswork or stress.
Plus, you’ll get a variety of meal options that keep things interesting and delicious.
So, if you’re ready to take control of your health, feel stronger, and actually enjoy the process, this is the place to start.
I just hope that you allow yourself this chance… You deserve the transformation that comes with the carnivore diet.
It’s risk-free — just eating like your ancestors. Give it a try! If you want to try it for yourself, check out their official website for more information.

Eating carnivore really changed my lfe. I’ve got more energy, my cravings are gone, and I’m finally seeing the weight come off. I’m 30lbs off more or less and I think it even cured my allergies.
I tried strict Keto for 6 months. Had a little weight lose cravings for carbs bread and pasta were almost consuming me. Included intermittent fasting for another 3 months and only thing different was a boost in daily energy. Cravings got worse. Tried this app’s carnivore diet and felt great almost immediately so I am hooked.
I think of my life before carnivore and after carnivore. It really helped me so much. Nutritional science is not a consensus. Many studies are contrarian to popular belief and high-fat animal diets get a bad rep.
