    Your third point was vital for me when it comes to eating healthier. At the store, I only have to resist the temptation once; when it comes home, I have to resist it constantly. Having a shopping list changed EVERYTHING! And having cute + organised containers helps a lot too. I’ve been thinking of getting a pre made meal plan for a while now and I guess this is the sign lol
