    Can my medicines be slowing me down? I take large amounts of Gabapentin and have heard it affects this diet.

    The Keto diet has worked wonders for my wife and myself. We during the first eight months, I lost eighty pounds. It’s been three years now and, on a low carb diet with liberal prebiotics we have stabilized in weight, no hunger, and with great A1C numbers of around 4.8 ever since we started the low carb diet. I don’t agree with this author as to this diet being difficult. Perhaps we had it easer as we both cook in the kitchen from scratch, and don’t use any processed foods or vegetable oils in our diet. It truly is a life style change, and once made you will never go back.

    I understand that woman Mary, because I sometimes catch myself just being too tired to get up and be with my grandkids.. It’s all because I get short of breath easily. I filled this Keto Cycle quiz and it showed me that it’s possible to lose those pounds over time. I took this plan, hoping it helps as it did for Mary.
