    honestly my wife downloaded this first and i just started following along with her plan because it looked so simple. gotta say the biggest difference for me is how clean the kitchen stays now, haha. no more random half empty stuff everywhere or stressing over what to cook. super easy to manage both our meals now.

    I literally wasted 10 years of my life promising myself that every new year would be different. But it was simply too difficult to keep up with. I always failed at the actual logistics of maintaining a diet. The planning, the shopping, all of it. Now that this problem is finally solved for me I’ve lost 20 pounds for the first time in my life!! It really works
